REQUIREMENTS
Must submit 640+ credit score & $40k proof of funds - if funding is the issue we can discuss other options to use for funding and getting you approved BUT you must have a 710 or better credit score to discuss this option. 
 
If buying SOLO, must have funds to complete the project on a ONE-PERSON level.
